Great to hear! I highly reccomend checking out more of their 80's stuff. They're just one of those bands like Pink Floyd or Black Sabbath; by that, I mean they lasted a long fucking time and went through a number of different phases. Everyone has their own preferences of what phase they favor. I love everything they've done (well...up till Sonic Nurse. Great album and return to their old school form but after that I lost hope), but my favorite Sonic Youth "phase" was this stuff. That's usually how it goes with most bands though, their earliest stuff being the best, I mean. That's how I feel, at least.
