This is an underrated horror classic for sure. Its also pretty freaking funny!

I absolutely loved this film growing up, and I acknowledge it's still a good film today. I just don't have much interest in it personally anymore... Hasn't stuck with me the way that Monster Squad has.

Awesome stuff and one of my all-time favorite vampire flicks.
Saw this with RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD at the drive-in back in the day.

The scene that still sticks with me with the glowing red LEDs in the window. I was never frightened by it, it was just funny to me as a kid. Classic. 7/10

If your kids are getting into horror movies this is one of the first they should see. I like this movie, but I don't "love" it like most people do. I recently traded my dvd of this for Toxic Avenger 4
 (come on it was the 2 disc unrated directors cut and it was autographed!) |

Has anyone heard the "pirate commentaries" yet? They made me appreciate Fright Night even more than I did before (and I've loved it for almost as long as I can remember).
